PHOTO STUDIO TERMS OF USE AND PRIVACY NOTICE

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the automated photo studio services (“Services”) provided through the LiloPhoto photo studio network.

The Services are operated by local legal entities in the country where the photo studio is located (“Operating Company”, “Photo Studio”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using the photo studio and our services, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

Use of the Photo Studio
By using the photo studio you agree that you will not:
- create or record illegal, pornographic, violent, or hateful content
- use the studio for content that violates applicable laws of the country where the studio is located or European Union law
- damage, interfere with, or misuse the equipment
- harass or intimidate other individuals
The Operating Company reserves the right to remove or delete content that violates these rules.
Intellectual Property and Content
- Photos, videos, and digital content created in the photo studio are generated using equipment owned and operated by the Operating Company.
- Users may download and use their images for personal purposes.
- The Operating Company does not claim ownership of users' personal images, but may store and process them for the purposes described in the Privacy section below.
- Use of photos for marketing or promotional purposes requires separate and explicit user consent.
Safety and Responsibility
The photo studio is an automated and unattended service.

By using the studio you acknowledge that:
- You are responsible for your personal belongings
- The Operating Company is not responsible for lost personal items
- Equipment must be used responsibly
- Users are solely responsible for the content created in the photo studio.
The operator reserves the right to delete content that violates applicable law or these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment processors, including Nayax or similar payment providers.

The Operating Company does not store payment card details.

Card issuers may apply temporary authorization holds before a transaction is completed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Operating Company is not liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages
- service interruptions caused by external systems
- actions of third-party service providers
However, this limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws, including cases of intentional misconduct or personal injury.
Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the photo studio is located and operated.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of that country unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

Age Requirements

Users under the age of 16 should use the photo studio only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
